When I order from online shopping and pay so much for delivering a small item, I expect it to be shipped within a business day. Wont be ordering again.
I do appreciate you coming back to me, so in response to your reply;
My issue here is that you promise delivery within 2-4 working days, but you don't even dispatch for 3 days, therefore, you should promise delivery in 4+ days.
Dispatch time is the most frustrating part of online shopping, after being told that an item is in stock, it then doesn't get dispatched for a number of days. Its frustrating to say the least.
As a frequent online shopped, I regularly pay more for an item simply because the seller promised next day/two days delivery.
